The Level 2 Food Safety award in Catering has been designed to address the food safety needs of the catering industry. This course is the equivalent to the CIEH Level 2 without the CIEH Fee’s. This course is suitable for those who do not require the CIEH accreditation.

Course Duration:

6 hours (minimum)

Assessments

30 multiple choice questions

Certification:

Successful candidates will be awarded the Level 2 Food Safety certificate.

All candidates will be given an up to date Level 2 Food Safety book for their personal use.
