Why is this training important?
Everyone who works with food has a special responsibility for safeguarding the health of consumers and ensure that the food they serve or sell is perfectly safe to eat.
Successful candidates will be awarded the Level 2 Food Safety certificate valid for 3 years
External accreditation is available from either HABC or Qualsafe Awards, both of whom of Ofqual regulated awarding organisations. Additional costs of £10 per person will apply, please contact us for further information.
