I consider that the First Response (First Aid) trainer, both as a personality, together with his presentation style, as like a breath of fresh air to the first aid teaching industry.

I would like to tell you how much I enjoyed the course. Glen was an exceptional teacher. He made us all feel comfortable and supported us as well as preparing us for the assessments. I felt confident in his ability and he seemed very knowledgeable answering all of our many questions. I was very pleasantly surprised how interesting this course was. Glen made the course engaging, his descriptions were clear, his feedback was always constructive and he was always very positive and cheerful even at 9pm on a Monday. I just wanted to praise Mick for the 2 day first aid refresher course that I attended on 3rd and 4th April 2019. I found that he was a lovely man and teacher and made the course really enjoyable. I have come away feeling that I have learnt something new and gave me the confidence and assistance in order for me to put this into practice in real life. I feel properly trained thanks to Mick and able to cope with anybody that needs first aid. I can't thank Mick enough for what he has taught me.

A huge thank you for arranging the first aid course for the bank. We had a wonderful time learning Emergency First Aid and we all passed. The trainer was interactive, passionate and fun. It was a great way of learning. Lunch was great too, and there was plenty of tea and coffee.

I just wanted to say an extra thank you for a really fun and informative first aid course at our school yesterday. It was very refreshing to have a day of training that was fun and active, as well as delivering exactly what was needed. Both the trainers are fantastic at their job and were professional with the right amount of humour to sustain all our interest. Having done many training courses I would say this was one of the best I have attended and as a teacher myself I know it is not often that you get good feedback!
