I just wanted to reiterate how good the trainer was. All the staff came in to see me afterwards and said it was the best First Aid course they had attended. One of the main positives was that he made it specific to their jobs and environment. Also, the blended sessions seemed to work really well. Kind regards Karen

Usually when I go on a course like this one a trainer is rarely able to keep my attention because he/she talk and I listen (well try to), HOWEVER, Tom was outstanding as he kept me on my toes and I actually am confident in remembering my first aid better. Thank you!

Fab course, really insightful and lots of practical which was great to recap and boost confidence. Brian, Alice and Dan all made the course very easy to be involved in and enjoyable highly recommend first response and would use again without a doubt.

Just completed a 3 day course with Mick, fantastic man, made everyone feel at ease great sense of humour, learnt a lot more then I thought when it came to the test would recommend to anyone to do it.
