Modern Slavery Statement

This Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that FRFA has taken and continues to take to ensure that modern slavery or human trafficking is not taking place within our business or supply chain.

Our Commitment

FRFA is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We are dedicated to ensuring that modern slavery, in all its forms—including slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking—has no place in our business or in any part of our supply chain.

We recognise that modern slavery is a serious crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. As such, we maintain a zero-tolerance approach and expect the same high standards from all of our suppliers, contractors, and other business partners.

Our Policies and Practices

To prevent modern slavery and human trafficking, we have implemented a Modern Slavery Policy that applies to all persons working for us or on our behalf, including employees, contractors, consultants, interns, and third-party representatives.

Our policy includes:

• Clear prohibitions against the use of forced, compulsory or trafficked labour, or any form of slavery or servitude.

• Requirements for suppliers and partners to comply with these standards and to hold their own supply chains to the same high standards.

• Internal processes to identify and mitigate modern slavery risks in our operations and supply chain.

Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for ensuring compliance with this policy lies with our Operations Director. Line managers are responsible for day-to-day implementation, monitoring, and training.

All employees are expected to:

• Read, understand, and adhere to the policy.

• Avoid any activity that could lead to a breach of this policy.

• Report any suspected instances of modern slavery, either through management or via our Whistleblowing Policy.

We are committed to fostering a culture of openness. We will support anyone who raises concerns in good faith and ensure they do not suffer any detrimental treatment as a result.

Awareness and Training

All staff are made aware of our Modern Slavery Policy during their induction and receive regular updates as part of our commitment to continuous improvement and education.

We actively encourage anyone working with or for us to report any concerns relating to modern slavery or human trafficking.

Breaches of Policy

Any employee who breaches this policy may face disciplinary action, including possible dismissal for misconduct or gross misconduct. Where suppliers or partners are found to be in breach, we reserve the right to terminate the relationship.
