I have just completed the First Aid at Work Requalification course. This is my ninth renewal but I have always faced it with a feeling of dread, however, 3 years ago I was introduced to First Response First Aid. I was so impressed with the standard of presentation and delivery, my employers now use your service for the retraining of all our First Aiders...and I admit to enjoying my latest course! Thank you

Glenn was a very knowledgeable & competent trainer. He was friendly & explained everything to a level to suit all present. He coped with all the unusual questions & scenarios which we have come across excellently. I would highly recommend him as a trainer for groups of all abilities & feel he should be commended for his hard work.
