I would like to tell you how much I enjoyed the course. Glen was an exceptional teacher. He made us all feel comfortable and supported us as well as preparing us for the assessments. I felt confident in his ability and he seemed very knowledgeable answering all of our many questions. I was very pleasantly surprised how interesting this course was. Glen made the course engaging, his descriptions were clear, his feedback was always constructive and he was always very positive and cheerful even at 9pm on a Monday. I feel more confident about my first aid than after previous courses I have been on. I'm impressed at how well Glenn coped with targeting content to a "Unique" team of people! He's a good sport!

Please can you pass on some feedback from today's trainers? Vic & Laura.. we had them do basic life support at Box Tree… what a team they are. They were spot on, really simple, informative training. We had a good laugh, and some really good techniques were shown. They were very professional and helped those who needed it. Many thanks, Steph

Usually when I go on a course like this one a trainer is rarely able to keep my attention because he/she talk and I listen (well try to), HOWEVER, Tom was outstanding as he kept me on my toes and I actually am confident in remembering my first aid better. Thank you!
