What topics are covered in the Emergency First Aid at Work course?
The course covers roles and responsibilities of a first aider, assessing an incident, managing unconscious casualties (including seizure), CPR, safe use of an Automated External Defibrillator, wounds and bleeding, plus how to respond to minor injuries (including small cuts, grazes and bruises, minor burns and scalds, small splinters).
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Upon successful completion, you'll receive a certificate that is valid for 3 years.
Do I need any previous experience to take this Emergency First Aid at Work course?
No prior first aid knowledge is required – the course is suitable for complete beginners as well as those refreshing their skills.
