The ceremony, which took place on Wednesday, 20 December 2023, marks a public pledge from FRFA to support veterans, reservists, and their families, ensuring they face no disadvantage in accessing public or commercial services.

Kelly-Marie Harris, Chief Growth Officer of FRFA, emphasised the company's commitment during the signing. "The covenant is more than a commitment; it's a testament to our belief in the potential and value of every veteran," she said. "As we welcome these heroes into our team, we are not just offering jobs; we are fostering an environment where their skills, experience, and dedication can thrive."

The Armed Forces Covenant represents a crucial step for businesses, public bodies, and charities willing to support the Armed Forces community. It reflects a nationwide moral obligation to members of the Armed Forces and their families, ensuring they receive fair treatment in various aspects of life.

Ben Buxton, Head of Business Development at FRFA, highlighted the significance of the covenant. "Signing the Armed Forces Covenant is a milestone for First Response First Aid, reflecting our deep respect for the Armed Forces and our commitment to ensuring veterans have meaningful career opportunities," he stated.
