First Response First Aid Sign Armed Forces Covenant
The ceremony, which took place on Wednesday, 20 December 2023, marks a public pledge from FRFA to support veterans, reservists, and their families, ensuring they face no disadvantage in accessing public or commercial services.
Kelly-Marie Harris, Chief Growth Officer of FRFA, emphasised the company's commitment during the signing. "The covenant is more than a commitment; it's a testament to our belief in the potential and value of every veteran," she said. "As we welcome these heroes into our team, we are not just offering jobs; we are fostering an environment where their skills, experience, and dedication can thrive."
The Armed Forces Covenant represents a crucial step for businesses, public bodies, and charities willing to support the Armed Forces community. It reflects a nationwide moral obligation to members of the Armed Forces and their families, ensuring they receive fair treatment in various aspects of life.

"Signing the Armed Forces Covenant is a milestone for First Response First Aid, reflecting our deep respect for the Armed Forces and our commitment to ensuring veterans have meaningful career opportunities," he stated.
