Bite Size First Aid - Course Overview
This short, bite sized training session is designed as a taster in emergency first aid procedures for adults, children, and babies. It provides a simple introduction to managing common first aid situations, helping participants feel more confident responding in the early stages of an incident.
Training covers how to manage a first aid incident, place an unconscious casualty into the recovery position, perform CPR for adults, children, and babies, and recognise and respond to choking and seizures. A question-and-answer session is also included, giving participants the chance to clarify key points and build understanding in a relaxed learning environment.

This course is ideal for anyone looking for a basic introduction to first aid, including parents, carers, workplace staff, and individuals with little or no previous first aid experience.
It works well as a taster for those considering more in-depth first aid training in the future, offering a good starting point before progressing to courses such as Emergency First Aid at Work or Emergency Paediatric First Aid.
