  • I would just like to say I found the course well structured, and very informative with special emphasis on excellent presentation. The instructor Mr Brian Dennant was obviously very knowledgeable and experienced, he possessed excellent communicating skills and made the group and myself feel at ease from the outset. It was excellent; we all enjoyed the two days thoroughly. Thank you so much! Fantastic instructor, made me feel a lot more confident.

  • A huge thank you for arranging the first aid course for the bank. We had a wonderful time learning Emergency First Aid and we all passed. The trainer was interactive, passionate and fun. It was a great way of learning. Lunch was great too, and there was plenty of tea and coffee.

  • Completed a 2 day Paediatric First Aid course today. Glenn was a brilliant trainer and despite the serious nature of the course we still had the odd giggle. I now feel confident enough to deal with an emergency situation however I hope I never have to use my newly learnt skills! Thank you Glenn (and of course Bob)
