While I think about it, I just want to take the time to pass on my thanks to everyone at FRFA. Every time I organise a course here at the Loughborough Learning Alliance, I always think about providing feedback but then forget or never get around to it - I'm so sorry! I want to say thank you to all of you for the amazing work you do. From the initial enquiry, which is handled so well and quickly, up to the end of the day when the course has finished, the service is absolutely amazing and faultless. Each and every one of your trainers are just such fantastic people, and I can honestly say, it's such a pleasure for them to come and facilitate courses for all our local Schools. They are always so friendly and so happy in their jobs! I think they all have a great sense of humour too. Every single person who books the courses always has such great feedback at the end of the day. I would honestly never use a different First Aid company for all of our training. Mick & Alex were absolutely brilliant - they made a topic that could have dragged, feel lively and fun. The trainers were so friendly & entertaining, I definitely think I've learned a lot and I'll remember it if I needed it !
The course yesterday was the best first aid & manual handling course I have attended in over 35 years and I think this was mainly down to the way it was put over by the tutor.
