A huge thank you for arranging the first aid course for the bank. We had a wonderful time learning Emergency First Aid and we all passed. The trainer was interactive, passionate and fun. It was a great way of learning. Lunch was great too, and there was plenty of tea and coffee.

I would like to tell you how much I enjoyed the course. Glen was an exceptional teacher. He made us all feel comfortable and supported us as well as preparing us for the assessments. I felt confident in his ability and he seemed very knowledgeable answering all of our many questions. I was very pleasantly surprised how interesting this course was. Glen made the course engaging, his descriptions were clear, his feedback was always constructive and he was always very positive and cheerful even at 9pm on a Monday. Over the years I have attended many first aid courses, however after this one I feel I have gained the most knowledge and feel confident when dealing with any first aid. Thank you.
