Good afternoon, I just wanted to provide some feedback for you on the course that I completed yesterday with Brian at Calderfields. I know that some people are quick to complain about things, but you don't always get feedback when things are done well. I'd just like to say thank you for your commitment to continuing to provide vital training even through this period of COVID restrictions. The way that Brian dealt with the situation and provide all the required training, under these circumstances, was a credit to you and the company. I felt very safe with the social distancing measures in place, and Brian found really inventive ways to allow us to feel confident with our responsibilities as first aiders, whilst ensuring our safety was a top priority.
