29th September 9.30-11.30am (morning) @ Callderfields Golf & Country Club, Aldridge Rd, Walsall, WS4 2JS

Thiese course's has been designed as taster session's in Emergency First Aid procedures for dealing with Adults, Children and Babies.

The session will last two hours and will include the following:

How to manage a first aid incident
Dealing with an unconscious casualty/recovery position
Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (adults, children and babies)
Recognition and treatment of choking
Recognition and treatment of seizures
Question and answer session

This will be a great opportunity for you to learn and practice new skills, or brush up on your existing knowledge.

  • I am writing to offer some feedback around the recent training that Nigel recently received courtesy of SMBC Early Years. Nigel has a training background himself and he came back from the course full of compliments for ‘Glenn' from First Response, he said the trainer was supportive, informative and very professional. He delivered the course at an even pace to cater for the participants learning need, he demonstrated patience when members in the group did not fully understand anything, the occasions for which were in themselves few and far between. The course was enjoyable and he certainly benefited from the updates that it included. We will be recommending your services.

  • Excellent three day first aid at work course Lead by Brian Denning. He's an ex paramedic who's served years on the Staffordshire ambulance teams so there's not much he hasn't seen or dealt with. The course was well balanced between practical tasks, videos, slideshows and conversation included plenty of anicdotes and stories of bryan dealing with actual emergencies as a PM. A very enjoyable course with the learning well paced for all. Absolutely first class and I have no reservation whatsoever in giving this company my strongest recommendation.
