While I think about it, I just want to take the time to pass on my thanks to everyone at FRFA. Every time I organise a course here at the Loughborough Learning Alliance, I always think about providing feedback but then forget or never get around to it - I'm so sorry! Each and every one of your trainers are just such fantastic people, and I can honestly say, it's such a pleasure for them to come and facilitate courses for all our local Schools. Every single person who books the courses always has such great feedback at the end of the day. I would honestly never use a different First Aid company for all of our training. I am writing to offer some feedback around the recent training that Nigel recently received courtesy of SMBC Early Years. Nigel has a training background himself and he came back from the course full of compliments for ‘Glenn' from First Response, he said the trainer was supportive, informative and very professional. He delivered the course at an even pace to cater for the participants learning need, he demonstrated patience when members in the group did not fully understand anything, the occasions for which were in themselves few and far between.
